Today’s joy challenge is simply to do whichever joyous thing you want today.
Hugs are essential to a healthy, thriving life so whether you hug a person or a pet, make sure you hug someone today – and every day.
Other joyful H things:
♡ Hygge, that Danish word that basically means cozy. Curl up in front of a fire with tea, a blanket, and a book or Netflix. Perfect for these winter days.
♡ Hair. A fresh haircut and colour – especially if it’s a fun one – can make you feel like a new person. If you’re overdue for a trim, make sure you put it on your calendar soon.
🌈The goal of this 26 day challenge is to bring more joy into our daily lives. This, in turn, helps bring us more abundance and success. Each day of the challenge we’ll get creative with finding things that inspire joy that start with a letter of the alphabet. There will be a live video every day so be sure to watch!
