What is Abundance?
Abundance means a very large amount of something. It means having more than enough. Wouldn’t you love to feel like you have more than enough of everything?
What would it feel like to have more than enough money, love, health, joy, and success?
What would it feel like to have no more feelings of lack, fear, emptiness, and dissatisfaction.
Amazing, right? But how?
Change can be hard, especially because our brains are actually wired to avoid change. This is all subconscious, so it’s possible we can even avoid making changes that we want.
The way around this is to retrain our subconscious mind. One of the best ways to do this is with affirmations.
What are Affirmations?
Affirmations are positive statements that we repeat (and repeat and repeat) in order to train our subconscious minds (the ones that are afraid of change) to believe what we really, consciously want to believe.
How Abundance Affirmations Help Me
I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not super consistent with my affirmation practice but when I am, I notice all kinds of abundance flowing my way. I start to be aware of amazing things like:

How to Practice
Just print out these Affirmations for Abundance, find a few minutes of quiet time (preferably first thing in the morning) and say them out loud. Do this as often as possible throughout the day.
Be patient and don’t worry if you forget sometimes, just get back to it. That’s why it’s called a practice.
