Today’s joy challenge is to do a random act of kindness for someone. Smile as you pass by, hold the door open, or say a kind word to someone are small gestures that can go a long way towards making both you and the other person feel good.
Also, shout out to @kindnesswarrior who inspire kindness through their locally made clothing.

♡ Kisses. Whether it’s a romantic kiss or a pet kiss, they add to your joy.
♡ Kids. They embody pure, unadulterated joy. Hang out with them, observe them, watch videos of them – and learn from them!
🌈The goal of this 26 day challenge is to bring more joy into our daily lives. This, in turn, helps bring us more abundance and success. Each day of the challenge we’ll get creative with finding things that inspire joy that start with a letter of the alphabet. There will be a live video every day so be sure to watch!
